• HR  or payroll services
• In‑person support
• Medical  or therapeutic services
• Marketing or sales strategy

Any information provided through our Site or services is for general operational purposes only.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain active access to required systems
• Use the encrypted password vault for credential transfer
• Communicate through agreed‑upon channels
• Review drafts, summaries, or deliverables in a timely manner

Failure to provide necessary access or information may delay service delivery.

4. Payments & Billing

All payments are governed by your Service Agreement. General terms include:

• Retainers and project fees are due upon receipt
• Work begins only after payment is confirmed
• Overflow hours are billed at the rate specified in your Service Agreement
• Late payments may result in paused services

Invoices are delivered electronically.

5. Cancellations & Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the Service Agreement.

Upon termination:

• All credentials are removed from our systems
• All client data is securely deleted
• Final invoices must be paid in full
• No further work will be performed

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for inappropriate conduct, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site — including text, graphics, branding, templates, and documents — is the property of Pease of Mind Executive Solutions LLC and is protected by copyright law.

Clients receive usage rights only for materials created specifically for them. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any proprietary materials without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality for all client information. All credential transfer must occur through our encrypted vault.

We will never share client data except:

• When required to deliver services
• When legally obligated
• When necessary to protect our rights
